My purpose

My mission as a lifestyle coach is first and foremost to ensure that as many people as possible can, if they really want to, obtain the same benefits that I have experienced by adopting a particular lifestyle.

This means helping others, through coaching, to realise their full potential in order to live fully in the present, a present that also lays the foundations for the more mature years, perhaps still a long way off, characterised by as healthy and active a life as possible.
